      ** DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER ** Item described as ‘ Brand new and never been used, packaging opened to check contents only’. This was a total LIE ! When the item arrived it had the seller's email address and password set upon it already! Paid to have the cctv professionally installed but engineer couldn't fully set up the system as password locked! Had to get expert advice and pay again for help to resolve the issue. Alot of money and time wasted! Seller totally useless and dishonest !

      I did not lie about the cctv system, I described it accurately and honestly - I had set up an account on the Swann app when I purchased the system but this had lapsed as the system was never installed or used. When yo contacted me to advise that my email was still linked to the system I made every effort to Try to resolve the situation. I advised you that I would contact Swann customer service and sent messages to you without any response from yourself. I would have refunded you if you had asked
