    I ask for picture of the item received with the package, it is always the same protocole used when opening refund case. you can read my messages again and see the exact words I say when you opened the case in ebay you have add picture because ebay you obligate to take picture. and I have taked this photo you maked to open case for u and refund u if you don't have experience with ebay don't use it please
