    Parcel Force did not deliver it on the 1st day it was out for delivery, they took it back to the depot overnight. I tried to phone Parcel Force to pick it up from the depot myself, but they refused to deal with me because I wasn't the sender. Parcel Force then delivered it on the 2nd day, they gave the reason that there was no delivery address on their handheld device - however my delivery address was on the parcel when it arrived.
