They have not responded. So this is my view. The delivery agent - did not communicate when they were delivering - which is important given the item is bulky and heavy to move. The item itself seemed to lack a part that the company has not replied to me yet about and the instructions are frankly ridiculous. A half sheet of A4 text. A few images perhaps? Delivery companies should contact a customer before delivery.On 1 or 2 occasions in 2500 this hasn't happened. If they turn up unexpectedly and it can't be offloaded they will leave a card for customer to contact them to rearrange, so no different to all courier companies.Instructions have been adequate for 853 treehouses sent out over the last 5 years so unsure why you struggled
