Certain items are classed as a non-returnable item once opened or installation attempted. This is acceptance the product has been identified as correct
 
5. SIZES: Please be aware that many sizes shown are the industry standard sizes and may not be the physical measurement of the product. 1/2 & 3/4 threads for instance are BSP (British Standard Pipe) size which if measured would be 3/4" & 1" respectively. Flush valves stating 1.5" & 2" are the internal measurement of the threaded section and not the external measurement. It is your responsibility to check the product detail and item specifics where the information is provided. If in any doubt then please contact us in the first instance before placing your order.
 
6. DISCLAIMER: While we endeavour to ensure that the product/s information and specification are correct, we do not warrant the accuracy of the material on the listings. Manufacturer specifications can alter at any time and we to note these changes but cannot be hold responsible for alterations beyond our control. 7. RETURNS: We abide by the ebay 30 day return policy. We accept returned products and must include original manufacturers packaging, instructions and guarantees. Please ensure you do not remove seats from their protective cover until you are sure it will fit. Installation, or attempted installation is acceptance the product is correct.
 
If a product is supplied with Security Sealed tag, and the security seal is tampered with or broken, any refund is VOID without exception. Do not return items that have been opened with a tampered security seal expecting a refund to avoid disappointment.
