If you're going to replace the board in your late 2011 MacBook Pro, I would definitely check the instructions on ifixit.com. Note that steps involving the keyboard ribbon and the display data cable should be handled with care and patience. Reinserting the keyboard ribbon using a small piece of tape really helped. I highly recommend this seller (laptop_mb_seller).
