The springs also fits and works on my Mercedes SLK R171, 2004 to 2008 model.
Although the kit is not listed for this model I took a chance and ordered it. On removing the lock actuator unit from the car and opening the cover to remove the broken spring, I found the spring dimensions to be the same. Using the supplied surgical pliers I was easily able to push through and remove the old broken section, and then maniplulate the new spring into place. Give yourself plenty of time; its do-able.
Perhaps I'm thick but didnt realise these springs are handed. Spent ages trying to fit the wrong one! Getting the lock out of the door is harder than it looks!
