First 2 bulbs did not work. Element broken thumb inside. Can hear if you shake. Contacted seller and they said to try them again.

Not quite so what we suggested was that after trying if it is faulty to return for refund or replacement. All products are sent out new and in perfect condition but if issues arise we will gladly resolve the matter promptly.

One of the bulbs has already blown,, after a few days use, but I contacted the supplier and he responded quickly, telling me this was unusual, and that he would send me a replacement bulb, which is hopefully on the way now, hence I am rating as 5 stars to reflect the overall service, value and responsiveness.
