Cut to size before you peel off the backing
Three rolls are supplied. Work on one part of the garage door at a time, and cut to size before peeling off the backing. Try to work on about a quarter of the door at a time. If you try to use too big a piece, it becomes unmanageable. Do not worry about overlaps as they are not visible from a distance. You should have some left over if you choose the right size for your garage door. Time will tell if it saves much energy or money.Three rolls are supplied. Garage door insulation
I purchased the insulation for my garage door. However the foil is quite rigid and does not fold around the bars very good. I did it the best I could but now it flaps around where the bar is. The sticky back does not seem to be sticky enough to hold it in place. The flat bits are fine and sticks no problem.

Works well.
Just finished lining my door - took a couple of hours including cleaning the surface first. My door, like most, I suspect, has reinforcing bars that complicate fitting - you cannot just apply the roll - you have to cut to fit round the bars, but thats not difficult. As noted, leave on the backing until you cut out each part, then apply. It "grabs" very well so you need to be careful how you offer it up! I had one a metre left after doing the whole door. Good Product
Works well and has raised the temperature in the garage by a few degrees. Make sure you clean off your door really well using detergent to get rid of grease. Work in small sections, half the height of the door a time as it is very sticky. The joins are invisible if you push the butt ends together and cut it straight. Looks really clean and good when it's on.

Garage door insulation
Does what it says. Keeps in some warmth, and makes door quieter when closing. Relatively easy to fit depending on your door. Make sure it's clean first. I also added some silver waterproof tape around the edges to finish off.
