Diritto di recesso

Nel caso in cui il cliente non sia soddisfatto dei

prodotti acquistati, ha la facoltà di esercitare il diritto di recesso

dall'acquisto di parte o di tutti

i beni oggetto di un ordine senza alcuna penalità e

senza il bisogno di specificarne il motivo, ai sensi dell'art. D. Lgs. 206/05

Per recedere dall'acquisto dovrà comunicare tale

volontà entro e non oltre 14 giorni lavorativi dal ricevimento dei prodotti acquistati.

La comunicazione dovrà essere effettuata tramite

e-mail dando autorizzazione al reso delle merci.

La spedizione dei prodotti restituiti può essere

effettuata con qualsiasi mezzo

a scelta del cliente, ma è consigliabile una

posta Raccomandata.

La restituzione dovrà avvenire entro un termine

non superiore a 14 gg. lavorativi

Capi danneggiati a causa di trattamenti impropri del cliente.
