Ceramic pan
Takes a bit longer to heat up than a normal pan, but other than that it cooks fine. I havnt had the pan long but I think it will out last any other Teflon type.

Amazing fry pan
This fry pan is fantastic. Totally non stick, you nearly have to clean it takes seconds. Big but though, you have to strictly follow how to use it. Keep the part of cardboard to follow what to do. Do anything different and you ruin it. It is amazing best fry pan ever.

Excellent inexpensive big ceramic pan
I was sceptical that a relateively inexpensive ceramic frying pan would be that good but I'm pleasantly surprised. It is fairly light and the handle is solid.The metal is not thick but feels strong enough. Eggs slide around inside the pan if you use a little oil or butter. Nothing I've cooked on it has stuck, including burgers, onions, mushrooms and various meats. The 28" size was to fit my copper-based stoneware fry pan which has a lid - the lid fit perfectly onto this pan. The extra size allows you to cook more food/s at the same time. It cooks a little quicker due to it not being as thick as the stoenware pan which was beginning to have food stick to it, was a pain to clean, and the handle was coming loose because of the weight. The best frying pan.
Can't fault this frying pan, the best one by far. Nothing sticks to it and hardly any need to use cooking oil,no effort to get clean either. 10 out of 10.
