- 0***a (215)- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseThe replacement letter plate was stated as easy to install however the front plate didn't have the right holes arrangement despite looking at the drawing and following the instructions provided on the eBay listing, nor did they supply the fixing screws, so I had to modify the new panel by drilling new holes to accept the original screws we had. We have sold hundreds of these letterboxes in the past with no previous fitting issues raised. If you had contacted us before buying the product, we could have advised you on an alternative product for your particular needs. The Manufacturer does not supply screws with this letterbox as the screws are profile specific.

These were from manufacturer through distributor so quality was what you'd expect. Fitting was easy, just the reverse of taking them off and good quality too.
