Item was as described. Arrived promptly and although package was damaged in transit then left outside the house without notifying owner the item was not damaged inside. Would recommend that seller uses different delivery company. Communication with seller was very good.

Good communication, good price for quality product. Only slight issue was (and probably not the vendors fault as delivery subcontracted to a different company) that I paid extra for a special delivery to get the chair brought in to the house and set up. I assumed that this would mean two people making the delivery given the weight of the item, but it was just one guy who struggled a bit, but to be fair was good humoured about it.
