I purchased this for my wife for photos and by the time she got dressed the clasp had broken off and gone missing. It's cute but not durable.

Hi, human chokers and collars should be worn loosely enough that you can slip 2 fingers between your neck and the lace. the neck thickens and flexes as you move your head, and if worn too tight and something must give, lace (and a chain/clasp delicate enough for that lace) will always give out to the sturdiness of muscle. but dont just complain without letting me help you...please try my free refund policy, or you can always ask for a larger choker, or longer chain, before or after purchase.

It was loose and my wife is very petite so the chain was long enough. Maybe double check the clasps to make sure they're fully closed. I went to Michael's and purchased clasps and chain to modify it myself so I do not need a return or refund it is what it is.
