The seller had been unresponsive to issues. Firstly no dispatch or tracking was provided. Then the item arrived in a broken and unuseable condition having had no protection in packaging. I made a return request on April 18 and 5 days later the seller had done nothing about this despite several message chasing requests to the Seller. This is the worst Seller experience I have had - absolutely zero concerns for their shortfalls.
