Nice phone for the price. The Moto features don't work as well as they should. The battery life isn't great. It's about average. I could barely get a full day with light use. This phone is big. It's tall and narrow, but feels well built. I prefer the feel of the droid turbo 2 which has a similar screen size but is shorter and wider. It fits better in my hand. The screen is bright and the speakers are great. coming from a galaxy phone I do miss some of Samsung's software perks. Example, after you receive a text the phone doesn't continue to alert you if you haven't seen it yet. Not a huge deal though. You can find apps to do that. Also the always on screen display is cool which allows you to view your notification without unlocking the phone. The twist for camera and shake for flashlight.. genius. When I met this phone last year, I saw a phone that might as well be owned by Zeus himself.. excellent camera, excellent display, excellent performance, excellent looks, super excellent price.. excellent everything. It was unreachable to me at that point because where Im from, customs sucks.. But a year after its release, it is still an excellent phone, and the price is even excellenter than last year, so I didn't think it twice and I bought it right away. My initial impression of the phone was not very good, but that was primarily due to a lousy carrier. It also was different from the phone that I retired. After a change of carriers and getting used to the phone, I am very pleased with it. The size may be an issue with some, but if you have large hands it will fit quite well. The Moto X Pure is a great phone!

I love that it doesnt come with ANY bloatware and the battery really does last two days with average use on one charge , I love everything about this phone the camera is awesome and its easy to hold I can talk to it and control it remotely with my voice or even find it by text from the web if its misplaced , I cant imagine , there s just too may useful features in top security that I tested to see if it really works (unlike samsung devices that I have never been able to locate when lost as I can my Moto x ) Even if the battery dies while misplaced it can automatically send you a Flare VIA EMAIL TO NOTIFY YOU EXACTLY WHERE IT WAS WHEN THE BATTERY DIED (AN INCREDIBLY useful FEATURE I USE OFTEN AND HAVE COME TO RELY ON LOL) If you want the freedom to choose what is installed the ability to switch between ANY carrier in the USA as often as you like without changing devices or sacrificing A HIGH END adult device THAT does everything and more THEN this is a must have AND very affordable Moto x pure as all my Motorola's previously gives me 3-4 or more bars where Samsung devices left me with 1 to zero and Ill never buy anything but Motorola in the future , You just cant get a better device especially in remote areas with poor service , THIS PHONE WILL NOT DISAPPOINT you and is a must have for those in poor reception areas that need storage and a high end camera for work ad play Read full review
