Purchased the DHR243 because it has the interchangeable chuck. It should come with 2 chucks as standard but FFX only give one so they can charge £55 for the extra chuck. Purchased lots of tools from FFX but this will be my last. The drill was packaged poorly also. No box just a couple of layers of bubble wrap. Really dissatisfied with FFX.
