Shoes sent in flimsy bag causing damage to the shoes and shoe box, the shoes are now SQUASHED out of shape and deformed, defective. No paper inside the shoes or box to prevent them from occurring damage. New Vans always have paper inside the shoe, meaning these shoes weren't "NEW" when sent.
