Took the gas engineers nearly a month to set an installation date, but it is now in, and works. The only problem is that the safety feature is so difficult that my 94 year old mother nor myself or her carers can turn it on. She has taken to leaving it on all night on low. Roll on summer. Checked on other gas fire models and they all seem to have this 'useful' feature.. Thanks.
