    Used to replace broken original part

    This is a cheaper copy of the original and the quality is not quite as good, its a bit stiff and clunky. But for the price, i dont really care, it fit perfectly and works just fine.

    Well made product

    Exactly what I needed after the existing mechanism failed. As the existing one was quite old and had failed and been repaired several times, I had doubts as to whether I could obtain a replacement due to the age. Relatively easy to fit once I'd figured out how the entire locking mechanism was assembled.

    Very poor quality

    Very poor, appears to be a reproduction fitted lock key would not turn removed lock from door key still would not turn, stripped for the usable part then threw the rest away as that all it was good for. Have refrained from supplying feedback for this item as I dont have a good word to say about it.

    poor quality cast iran in the gearbox

    i have replace 3 of there locks in the same door thay last about 4-5 year before the gear box cast iran brakes poor quality i think , yes the door operator is a but heavy handed , but i still think the lock-gear box should be stronger

    Very good value for a difficult to source part.

    Fitted OK but barrel alignment required work on the door before it would fit. When locking the key turn is tight but this seems to improve the more it is locked.
