I contacted Radwell if they had a scrap unit and could drop one of the small screws in the mail. or tell me the specifications of the screw and I'd source it myself. They wanted me to start a return claim. That's not all that efficient for anyone time or energy wise... I contacted U.S branch of Cliff Electronic Components. They got the package to a distribution hub near me, and then according to their tracking, the package had a "Service disruption occurred. / The package will be returned to the sender", and then "We’re sorry this package has experienced a sortation delay. The package has been rerouted to the correct destination."! UPS returned it to the sender! But the seller had great customer service! They sent the package to me via USPS!
