    These insoles are bad, my feet hurt worse then before I had these

    Tried these for work an I can say there a terrible value. They come long enough to fit shaq's foot. An the arch is a hard plastic curved piece. Who wants to step on plastic!! Wouldnt recommend unless maybe your arch is large.

    If it’s good for running

    It’s super good for walking and working on concrete. Been using them for quite awhile. Working fifty plus hours weekly I normally change them every three months.

    Not recommended.

    I put these insoles in my tennis shoes and they squeak horribly when I walk. The right insole has a higher Arch than be left in insole and is quite uncomfortable. These must be rejects or seconds from the factory.
