The chair arrived early. It was supplied with clear graphic assembly instructions. Assembly was fairly straight forward with only the armrests giving a slight problem with alignment but they just needed a bit of a tug to get into place. The armrests can be fitted back to front. It would help if there was a sticky note applied to identify the front of each arm rest. It took a couple of hours to assemble but was well worth it. It is well manufactured and very comfortable. Recommended, 5 Star!

They quickly came back to say courier had misplaced package and offered full refund or replacement. I asked for replacement which they despatched same day and it was delivered next day. Arrived as described unfortunately the stand broke whilst I assembled it.
Contacted seller who gave me two options either to exchange it or refund. I requested an exchange and a replacement stand was sent to me very quickly. When it arrived the packaging was damaged but when I assembled the roller stand it was undamaged fortunately and works fine and I am very pleased with it. Informed the seller about damaged packaging when delivered to me who were to follow up the issue with courier.
