Great way to cook meat
The bag will accommodate a large chicken comfortably, but I preferred to cut one corner of the bag to release steam during cooking instead of making several slits along the centre - this made pouring out of juices easier, once fully cooked. The tie was a bit fiddly to secure adequately, but the end result was delicious. Also used to cook boned shoulder of lamb - great result and no waste!

These roasting bags don't seem as strong as they used to be as I have split a couple trying to get the meat inside - they just tear.

Clean cooking, including potatoes, carrots parsnips, onions. All in the same bag, cooked all together with the juices from the chicken or meats. I find it great, keep your oven clean.
