The delivery company delivered the Parasol to the wrong address, 300 yards further up the road to start with, you unfortunately can't contact them, so I haven't got much faith in them.
The advert for the Parasol is a bit misleading, it says 2 x 3 metre wood wooden garden parasols, which I took to mean two parasols, and when you look at the Price of a Green one was £50 plus and the Coffee coloured one which I ordered was £30 plus. However I like the quality of the Parasol, and would have ordered

They quickly came back to say courier had misplaced package and offered full refund or replacement. I asked for replacement which they despatched same day and it was delivered next day. Arrived as described unfortunately the stand broke whilst I assembled it.
Contacted seller who gave me two options either to exchange it or refund. I requested an exchange and a replacement stand was sent to me very quickly. When it arrived the packaging was damaged but when I assembled the roller stand it was undamaged fortunately and works fine and I am very pleased with it. Informed the seller about damaged packaging when delivered to me who were to follow up the issue with courier.
