    They work for me.

    At 82 years old and not being very active was causing me problems with constipation. These capsules have solved my problem. All I needed was to take two with a glass of water after my main meal and for me problem solved.I think they are worth a try and would recommend.

    Taking them 2 before breakfast and 2 after evening meal (4 a day) for 5 days now and no difference in my toilet needs, still bloated and constipated. Hence two stars ⭐ They just didn't work for me but didn't do harm neither

    Well, that title sounds kinda disgusting… lol. But honestly, For years I have tried everything to be "Regular"… Very few things ever really did much, Until I combined this with their (Specialist Supplements) Probiotics and WOW.
