Terms & Conditions of Sale
 
These terms and conditions shall form the basis of the contract between the Seller, Arman Bra Straps Ltd of 10 Julian Place, London, E14 3AT and you, the Buyer in relation to the sale of goods, to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions including the Buyer's standard conditions of purchase.
 
These Conditions represent the whole of the agreement between the Seller, Arman Bra Straps Ltd and you, the Buyer. They supersede any other conditions previously issued.
Pricing & Payment
Pricing
 
All products are priced and sold in GBP. Customers from outside the UK have the option to view prices in other EU currencies using the currency selector on our website but these prices are estimates only for your convenience so may not reflect the actual price you pay when you make your payment. These estimates are based on the exchange rates listed in the following web service which we extract on a daily basis: https://www.google.com/finance
 
For customers from outside the UK, the final price you pay will depend on your payment provider who may use different exchange rates and conversion fees.
 
All product prices are inclusive of VAT but exclude any applicable delivery charge.
Delivery Charge
 
UK delivery is charged at a flat rate of £1 for orders under £10. Orders of £10 or more qualify for free delivery.
 
Deliveries to outside the UK is charged at a flat rate of £2.50 on all order values.
Clearance & Sample Sale
 
Due to the nature of samples, the dimensions, quality and colour/design may vary. The low prices reflect this inconsistency.
Payment
 
We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard and Paypal.
Ordering
 
Acceptance of these conditions after providing your delivery address and paying for the goods in full shall be deemed to be conclusive evidence of your offer to buy goods from Arman Bra Straps Ltd.
 
We will send you an order acknowledgement email to confirm your offer.
Delivery
 
We deliver to all EU countries but please note that there may be some areas of the EU where our delivery provider are unable to deliver to. We will notify you as soon as possible if this were the case.
 
We will despatch your goods as soon as possible after we receive cleared funds for the full payment of your order.
 
For UK deliveries, goods are normally expected to be delivered within 2-3 working days upon despatch. For deliveries outside the UK, goods are normally expected to be delivered within 3-5 working days upon despatch. However, due to factors that are not within our control the delivery may take longer.
 
If you do experience a delay in your delivery then please get in touch with us and we'll do our best to assist you.
Cancellation
Cancellation By You
 
You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 working days after the receipt of your goods. You do not have to provide any reasons for your cancellation.
 
If you do wish to cancel your order then you must notify us at support@armanbrastraps.com as soon as possible and within 14 working days of receiving your goods.
 
If your goods have not yet been despatched then we will refund your payment in full immediately.
 
If your goods have already been despatched then we ask that when you receive the goods, you do not unpack the goods and send the goods back to us within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation. Under standard trading terms, you have a duty of care for the goods upon delivery. You must take reasonable care to ensure that the goods are not damaged or spoiled and preserve the standard by which you received them. If you do not exercise reasonable care then Arman Bra Straps may make a claim against you for breach of this duty. You will be responsible for the delivery cost of sending the goods back to us. It may take up to 30 days to process your refund.
Cancellation By Us
 
We will notify you immediately and refund your payment in full if we are unable to fulfil your order for the following reasons:
 
- we have insufficient stock
- we are unable to deliver to your specific area
- items you ordered were listed with the incorrect price due to typographical errors
 
We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
Returns
 
All items are checked before despatch. However, if you receive faulty goods then we will accept returns within 28 days of your purchase. Please use the Returns Form to notify us that you wish to return faulty goods. You will be asked to provide details on your purchase and the nature of the fault. You are required to send the faulty goods back to us using standard delivery options.
 
Upon our receipt of the returned goods your payment in full will be refunded, including any delivery charges for the original purchase or in any case, within 30 days of your notifying us of the return. We will reimburse the cost of your return postage if you provide us details and evidence of the exact cost incurred.
 
We cannot accept returns if items were damaged due to improper use.
