Very good drop!
I only have a small set up so I split this into '2 helpings'. Very easy to use wine, just add sugar and water (everything else is provided). Drinkable after a week but this really does deserve extra time as the flavour really does improve if you can add a couple of weeks into the standing time. Will certainly buy this wine and brand again.

Have used for years.
These wine kits are the best for me, as the fermentation is so quick I find that flavour can be lacking so I tweak them with fruit juice to flavour to suit me and my familly. All in all the quality is great, the kits can be modified by adding/leaving out sugar for dryness/sweetness and alcoholic content. These kits are great.

First something about the person writing the review so you have an interpretation about the value of the review.I am a distiller for years and having a go at making wine and beer, the beer kit went spot on. However, this was the first ever red wine I have a go at. I have all the gear to make the best this wine kit can be and beyond and I have stuck to the letter down to the second in the instructions. The result. Looks:The wine is see through like coloured water. Smell:The smell resembles grape juice with vodka in it and a hint of yeast. Taste:The taste is pretty much like a combination of the above, you can drink it and get pissed without throwing up before the getting pissed. Explanation about the taste: If you have ever drank fermented sugar water and thought the first taste was ...
