      Silverline DIY driver

      After reviewing my options I decided to go for a mains powered unit, the battery ones are good but even the quality jobs need a battery replacement at some time, and that can be pricey. I would normally not buy anything made by Silverline, but this was the only mains gun without a revers built in to a rocking trigger, The gun also comes will a three year guarantee, most others only give one year. If I was going out on site or using the tool every day at work, I would have gone for a better make for more money.

      I don't know if its good quality . I needed a impact wrench but had little money and this was all I could afford. I will not use it much so thought why pay more and it has 3 year guarantee ?

      Out performs its price

      Excellent tool , if you want it for crank bolt removal , buy one and keep it for this job only on your vehicles. buy another for general use as the torque falls back after 100 stuck wheelbolts , even then it saves a fortune on garage bills.

      Reliable for DIY

      Best value for the money. Cheap and reliable for DIY. I don't know how good it is if used on a daily basis, in a repair shop, but for DIY is amazing! I could not change my car's oil filter, for being too tightly stuck. I managed to break a wrench, and was afraid of trying more like that, so not to break the filter housing altogether. After the arrival of this wonder tool, I had no expectancy, but it did the job in 3 seconds. I put the socket onto to filter wrench, and touched the button, and my paper filter's housing started to spin, heavily, but certainly. Happy, happy. Thanks.
