I received my item on time It was new as described well packed and secure. Unfortunately I got the size of the connection wrong and it didn’t fit my popcorn machine. No fault of the supplier as I didn’t check the size before purchasing. I returned it straight away and I’m just waiting for a refund which takes up to 3 days so hopefully I can reorder the correct size. Thanks
