I put it on high for 10mins then turned it down low but, the oil is staying as hot as it was on the highest setting. Going to leave it on all night in my living room to see how much electricity it uses overnight. I'm confident that this is going to bring the price of my energy bills right down. I may get another 2, 1 for the upstairs and 1 for the kitchen and hallway. The secret is to wait til the oil is boiling then put it on the lowest setting.
