    Part was shipped same day and arrived within 2-3 days. When the box arrived, I noticed it was a Protech part as opposed to the Rheem/Ruud that was advertised on the product name and description. Moreso, no where in the description was the word Protech. Worse, there are items advertised as Protech for $50-$60 less than what I paid for this item. That bothers me and I feel the product description was inaccurate and bait and switch. If I knew this was a Protech, I would've bought it at less.

    See photos.

    Product was received damaged - one wire was cut/damaged which I had to repair (see photos). Could not return - had to repair condenser which was already 10 days down in a heat wave. I connected the conductor ends (western union twist), soldered and shrink wrapped the splice. I would recommend inspecting any other similar motors to see if they are damaged!

    Good replacement motor

    The motor back hole to attached the grid were not tapped. I had to go buy taps to install it
