Exceptional service, 36 hour free delivery - what's not to like ! The manufacturers instructions were not very good, in that in it says to fit the arms before the back, but it would be better if it was the other way around. And the stickers denoting the Left and Right arms were on the wrong arm, so I had to remove and refit them. But the chair is VERY comfortable, the foot stool is the perfect height and the PU Leather Cover is really soft and surprisingly warm. One very satisfied customer !

Arrived as described unfortunately the stand broke whilst I assembled it.
Contacted seller who gave me two options either to exchange it or refund. I requested an exchange and a replacement stand was sent to me very quickly. When it arrived the packaging was damaged but when I assembled the roller stand it was undamaged fortunately and works fine and I am very pleased with it. Informed the seller about damaged packaging when delivered to me who were to follow up the issue with courier.
