    Bought this cable as my AKG headphones wouldn't charge up via my laptop. Once I plugged in the cable, I found that this too would not charge my headphones. I then entered onto one of the search engines my issue and got a resolution straight away: plug the cable into a power USB socket instead of my laptop USB socket... problem solved. So obviously I didn't need to purchase this cable. Oh well, at least it works fine
