For new items, please enclose original invoice and follow one of the following procedures -:

Unwanted or unsuitable goods:
 
Returns of unwanted goods are accepted in new & unused condition for 30 days after receipt.You will be entitled to your choice of an exchange or a full refund. The customer must meet the cost of the returns postage for unwanted goods.We can not accept responsibility for returned items lost in transit and so we recommend that you use recorded delivery or an otherwise insured method of return and obtain a proof of despatch from the carrier.
 
Faulty Goods:
 
Returns of faulty goods are accepted item will be inspected on receipt and if fault is not due to misuse, you will be entitled to your choice of an exchange, repair or a full refund. We will refund the cost of the returns postage for defective goods (within reasonable limits) upon return delivery. Please note that the warranty given by Foundry 4x4 Ltd and the manufacturers of our products will only cover cost of the parts.Labour charges and other costs are not covered. We cannot accept responsibility for returned items lost in transit and so we recommend that you use recorded delivery or an otherwise insured method of return and obtain a proof of despatch from the carrier.
 
Exchange Procedure:
 
If you are returning goods for an exchange we would normally have to wait for the goods to arrive with us and inspect them before we can send out the replacement. However we understand that sometimes an exchange must be made quickly and so we can send out a replacement immediately. We must take payment for the replacement but as soon as the returned item arrives we will give you a refund on that cost. Please allow 3 days for refunds to be processed.

    Jetboil zip stove .

    Fantastic versatile bit of kit . Works a treat in most environments . The heat exchanger provides an efficient barrier against the elements and does an amazing job of speeding up the boiling time over a conventional open stove design . Its compact , super durable and a go to piece of kit over my other stoves ,due to the ability to stash canister ,and all the other gubbins inside the 0.8 litre pot . Although this model doesnt come with piezo ignition , it doesnt detract from it's overall performance . Remember a fire steel before you head off into dem der hills folks and you re onto a winner !!!
