One monitor has slight dent damage on the back of the unit, which may be due to previous use. Otherwise both work very well and provide useful monitor additions which we required.     Good quality

    The Grundig dictaphones and transcribers are good quality, just a bit of a problem when they go wrong. Buying a good working second hand one is a great solution. The one I bought is good.
