Although I was told by the original alarm fitter that changing batteries was easy, this proved not to be the case! After a frustrating hour or so, I decided this was a job best left to the professionals! Changing the batteries forms part of the normal annual servicing carried out by most alarm companies (on a 2 or 3 year replacement cycle depending upon the alarm system). Our new alarm company was happy to use these batteries after sighting the packing note - so money not wasted.

seller sent completely the wrong cable. I ordered a HQ braided cable with solid metal plugs and got a cheaper looking one which was also far too long. I ordered a 0.5 m cable and was sent one over 1m long. Sent pictures to seller and asked for replacement and 3 days laterand no reply. Seller is hopeless and hadn't checked order against stock or isn't paying attention or care.
