Each bar of soap was individually wrapped in tissue, and placed then they were all placed into a cardboard box with polystyrene packing pellets. The box smelled wonderful on opening it up. Turn around and delivery was quick, and their pricing was good. I did have a discount code from my previous purchase, but this didn't work in eBay - no matter really as the pricing is very good as it is.
