This is difficult, the quad is lovely and my Grandson loves it BUT there was no mention of the fact it DOES NOT have volume control. It has a horn and music feature but just a sticker where the volume control should be. If I had known there was no volume control I would not have purchased it. Buyers need to be made aware as its really really loud. So loud it can be heard next door.

Arrived as described unfortunately the stand broke whilst I assembled it.
Contacted seller who gave me two options either to exchange it or refund. I requested an exchange and a replacement stand was sent to me very quickly. When it arrived the packaging was damaged but when I assembled the roller stand it was undamaged fortunately and works fine and I am very pleased with it. Informed the seller about damaged packaging when delivered to me who were to follow up the issue with courier.
