    Steer clear of this seller. Dispatched on the day it was quoted to arrive. Finally arrived too late for my event. Ignored all attempts to correspond. Started a return but I was supposed to pay return shipping. Again, no responses to my correspondence over this matter. Balloons sent in a zip lock bag so couldn't even verify if they were indeed qualatex. I waited and waited so long for a response, when I finally asked ebay to step in, the window for return was too late. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!
