When delivery estimate was changed I wasn't happy but the seller reassured me, and provided the U.K tracking details, which showed it in the U.K, at Heathrow. I expected delays with customs etc, but within 12 hours it was at my regional sorting office, and delivered that day.So, just over the two weeks estimate, but the seller was very helpful indeed and my DAP was beautifully packed. I order 2 viborg rhodium c15 connector but only recieved 1. The seller sent refund when realised was internal shipping problem. Good seller if any problem happen seller will rectify issue and help. Fast shipping & Good communication. Viborg uses 3 layer silver plating first then rhodium plating. Other manufacturers use only rhodium plating. The sound quality is better with silver over rhodium plating.
