Chairs so hard! Totally unusable. And fabric isn’t ‘cotton / linen’ (important to us due to allergies), so totally mis sold. Offered reduction to keep chairs but that’s no good - making them cheaper won’t make them fit for purpose. Won’t refund the chair that we’ve opened, since it’s not ‘unused’. Also wont refund return postage. Now ignoring any attempt to reach a resolution.

Arrived as described unfortunately the stand broke whilst I assembled it.
Contacted seller who gave me two options either to exchange it or refund. I requested an exchange and a replacement stand was sent to me very quickly. When it arrived the packaging was damaged but when I assembled the roller stand it was undamaged fortunately and works fine and I am very pleased with it. Informed the seller about damaged packaging when delivered to me who were to follow up the issue with courier.
