    I ordered a burnisher and it came over with a damaged tip. I sent the company an email on Thursday and received a reply from the company president the next morning. He apologized and wrote he sent out a replacement to be picked up in the afternoon. Mistakes can happen but great customer service is harder to find. Trust this company, they are as good as their words.
