I purchased an item on January 12, I finally had to message them on January 18 to see why it hadn't shipped. No response from them. But it shipped after I asked. It took another 8 days for it to arrive. The item was packaged well and was as described. I don't think I will purchase any thing from them in the future due to slow shipping and lack of communication.
