    Title certainly catches the attention in 2020!!

    It’s a very good story set within lockdown, which is so relevant just now, yet the author wrote it 15 years ago! The plot actually turns out to be rather dark but it is worth reading even so.

    Too many plots going nowhere

    It doesn’t work as trying 2 plots, when one, the pandemic would be more than enough. And career and family of hero all downhill. It’s ok but could have been much better, Tom Clancy write one that was really good and scary

    I have read many P May books this is not his best. The plot just a little far fetched, more so to the end. Still an easy novel to read.

    Scary view of how a pandemic might take hold. Well written thriller

    Exciting and well written book - probably felt unbelievable and far fetched when it was written, but in light of the last 18 months it really felt possible, even plausible.
