The sax sent to me just had cardboard wrapping around its case, with 0 cushion between sax and the box. It arrived damaged. It also had dents/dings that weren't in the description. The seller did give me a return label, but after I shipped out the return, he deleted the tracking info, and never refunded me. I opened a case a week after the sax was received by him.
