Item was shipped quickly, but unfortunately was delivered to the wrong address, taking 5 days more to be delivered, as resident of the address it was delivered to, was away. Despite sitting outside nearly a week, product is undamaged, so very well packed, as box was falling apart from the rain . This is the courier's fault, not the seller. The seller was as helpful as they could be; hopefully they use another courier in the future though!
