I sent message and picture of the brown cup I got in the post yesterday and no answer from them it has two layers of packaging the outer one was loose and the top one had a hole in it that is one with broken cup so that came from seller not fair when I had to pay nearly 18.00 from two cheap mugs it's only a sticker on the outside and sealed on it

Sorry i failed to answer for one day - you have been sent a replacement cup free of charge. Sadly every now and then this happens in the post (however much packaging we put on) - Shame you feel these are cheap cups - happy to refund you in full if you feel that they are not what you wanted? here are the economics of this sale: Paid £16.00 (2 cups) Post £1.50=£17.50 -Transaction fees £5.91 Post £2.92 Packaging £0.60 Cup: £1.30=£10.73 Profit: £8.72 (tax+) Less replacement £3.89 so very small!((
