Not so decent quality - TURNED BROWN !Couldn't send back as fitted to bike which is in daily use. Was quite happy with exchange grips but would need them sending out first. Sadly, 'policy' (quote "eBay's and other seller's") dictates that grips must be returned before any exchange or refund. Not practical, bad policy, poor customer service. So... customer buys new grips elsewhere, customer lost, bad for business - not so good a seller..

Forgot to send this back to the seller as we had sold our caravan & completely lost track of the 30 day return. I contacted the seller to say I was a day out of the return & parcel had not even been unboxed and still in original wrapper. Yes, it was out of the return period but 1 day. Never answered my message when sent bog standard reply with 30 day rule. Most businesses would except it back so think twice before purchasing.
