    The products worked fine eventually after I had sourced specific programming for my receiver type in an internet search. The instructions supplied by Easy Remote Access did not work - I purchased two new remote controllers and tried all three methods supplied by ERA. I activated the QR code which was on the original supplier’s box and thought I would try to programme using those instructions but they were way too complicated. I would be happy to share my findings with ERA if they wish.
